Temperzone

Module used to integrate with a Temperzone AC unit. The iZone AC unit module (C325#) connects to the CPU module (C225) to enable communication with a ducted AC unit.

Compatibility​

  • Compatible with units fitted with a UC8 board or later.
  • Not all UC8-equipped units are compatible.
  • Not compatible with UC7 boards or earlier.
  • Not compatible with R32 Econex units (e.g. ISD 351LYX, ISD 251LYX) or Eco Ultra units

Connection​

  • Polarity is critical.
  • Connect a shielded, 2-core, twisted-pair control cable to the C225
  • Connect cable to A B terminal on UC8 or UC9 board in the condensing unit.
  • Cable not included in the iZone kit.

Notes​

  • Ensure the dip switches in the condensing unit are configured correctly for:
    • Installed compressor type (digital or fixed speed)
    • Fan speed control
  • Refer to the Temperzone unit/service manual for the correct settings.
