Troubleshoot guide
One or more zones are not responding
- No 24VAC supply
- Incorrect wiring
- Verify power supply output
- Check wiring polarity and connectors
Wall control panel or screen is not coming on
If the screen fails to power on, goes black, or shows no signs of life, two potential causes can be considered.
- The first is a potential cable issue, either due to a fault or damage.
- The second possibility is an issue related to component "c225."
Possible Solution To address this, begin by attempting to change the screen's port on the CPU to "c225." Plug it into an alternative iZone Net port on the CPU and check if the problem persists. If the issue remains unresolved, consider replacing the cable that connects the CPU to the wall control panel, as this may be a source of the problem.
If the problem still persists please contact your installer to change CPU 225 for your system.
