Overview​

The iZone Home mobile application provides a unified platform for monitoring and controlling iZone climate control systems via a mobile device. The app connects to the system through the Smart Hub (COCBH) over a local Wi‑Fi network or remote 5G network, enabling real-time control of unit operation, zone management and temperature setpoints.

Users can select between multiple user interface modes within the app:

  • Nova interface: This is the default user interface. It is actively developed and deployed across all modern iZone systems, providing full feature support, multi-system control and an updated user experience. Read more...
  • Nexus interface: Represents a legacy UI option retained for compatibility and user preference. While still functional, it is approaching end-of-life and no further development or feature updates are being implemented. Read more...
  • Navi interface: Upcoming simplified UI designed for single-system control. It is intended to provide a streamlined user experience with reduced complexity, primarily for basic residential applications. Coming soon...

Software and updates​

iZone Home 3.1.9 - Jul 2026​

  1. Support Daikin VRF static pressure setting per indoor unit.
  2. Add sensor type settings for temp control/climate constant zone.
  3. Disable Manual Fan setting change to installer only.
  4. Support CSL OTA via multiplexer.
  5. Improve CSL OTA reliability.
  6. Add Lite theme for Navi user.
  7. Display COCB's MAC address in iZone Hub's settings.

Bugs and Typo fixes

  1. Fix AC setting crash if unit has error code.
  2. Fix notification not working.
  3. Fix Rapid Setup advanced constant not set automatically for bypass.
  4. Fix wired Nova not display header when boot faster while CPU was resetting.
  5. Fix showing red dot when CPU dropoff from CSL and COCB is not connected.
  6. Minor fixes.

iZone Home 3.1.8 - Apr 2026​

  1. Added an “All zones are closed” alert when turning on the AC while all zones are closed, aligned with the Nexus flow.
  2. Added the remaining sleep timer to the homepage header.
  3. Hide pinned scenes from the homepage by default.
  4. Removed automatic creation and pinning of the “Close All” scene in the setup wizard.
  5. Added AC test buttons to the “AC Unit Brand” step in the setup wizard.
  6. Improved QR code scanning sensitivity in the setup wizard.
  7. Allowed users to switch “Remote Support” on or off from Nova > Menu > Settings.
  8. Added a red dot indicator on the navigation bar Menu/Notification when there is a filter service reminder or a critical low battery warning for a wireless zone sensor.
  9. Fixed local zone/schedule updates for some CL5B bridges.
  10. Applied minor bug fixes and wording corrections.

iZone Home 3.1.7 - Mar 2026​

  1. Added support for Rinnai/Midea HA/HB connection and protocol.
  2. Added support for Rinnai Heat Pump in the Rinnai Home app.
  3. Added support for Navi Litehub.
  4. Improved “Skip Zone” setting UI in AC settings, aligned more closely with the Nexus flow.
  5. Improved wired communication performance for the wall controller.
  6. Allowed newly registered users to skip linking to an iZone hub after email verification, supporting future devices that may not require a hub.
  7. Fixed an issue where editing a pinned scene from the homepage did not show the AC unit.
  8. Fixed an issue where grouped zones were excluded when pinning all zones to the homepage.
  9. Applied minor bug fixes and wording corrections.

iZone Home 3.1.6 - Feb 2026​

  1. Added support for pairing CRFSW devices as RF sensors.
  2. Improved visibility of sensor pairing status in the batch sensor pairing list for better monitoring and troubleshooting.
  3. Introduced zone grouping functionality for improved air conditioning control and flexibility.
  4. Updated Daikin static pressure configuration with selectable range (1-15) to support a wider range of installations.
  5. Added support for Daikin fan behaviour when cooling/heating setpoint is reached.
  6. Added support for discovering COCBH devices via mDNS for improved network integration.
  7. Enabled OTA updates for debug firmware via the test application for development and testing purposes.
  8. Applied minor bug fixes and general wording corrections across the system.

iZone Home 3.1.5 - Dec 2025​

  1. Improved Setup Wizard by Removing:

  1. Accessibility Enhancements: General accessibility improvements have been applied across the Nova interface
  2. Upcoming Support for Dominator Units: Integration with Dominator air conditioning units will be supported in a future Nova release. Compatible hardware is required.
  3. Enhanced local control responsiveness with automatic rollback if an operation fails.
  4. Improved real-time status synchronization when operating on local Wi-Fi.
  5. Optimized user interaction flow to reduce delays during aircon control actions.
  6. Fixed an issue where changing a zone setpoint could reset on some CL5B hubs.
  7. Resolved crashes occurring when entering room pages.
  8. Fixed intermittent long-press failures on older or small-screen devices.
