Zones not opening or responding
- Verify CT24ACM is powered and outputting ~24VAC
- Check zone motor RJ11/RJ12 cables are fully seated
- Try moving the zone motor cable to a different port to isolate a faulty port
CLCSW wall controller not powering on
- Check the Cat5e cable between the C155 and CLCSW
- Try a different wall controller port on the C155
