Overview
The 6-zone Naked CPU Module (C150) is the main processing unit for Naked 6 Zone Control Kit (C155K). It handles zone control logic, communicates with AC unit interface modules (C325#), wireless sensors and the Smart Hub (COCBH). Supports up to 6 zones and cannot be expanded.

- Install the C150 close to the ducted AC indoor unit, usually on top of the fan coil unit. Make sure the antenna is tighten and pointing vertically upwards.
- If any Wireless Zone Sensor (CRFSW) or Smart Hub (COCBH) is not within the range of the C150, then additional Wireless Repeaters (CR) should be added to help relay the signal from the field device to the C150 and the Smart Hub
- Do not run the network cables alongside 240 Volt wiring
- When installing network cables down wall cavities or chasing network cables into walls, tape up and protect the RJ45 connector to avoid damage to the connectors. Installation damage to cables is not covered under warranty
- Always install zones in consecutive ports starting at Zone 1. The front of the C150 is marked with the zone port numbers
- Do not directly hard wire the CT24ACM into the AC unit’s power supply. This may void the warranty as it will require an electrician in the event that repair of the iZone 150 system is required
- Connect zone damper actuators to the zone ports using the RJ12 cables as shown
- When installing temperature controlled zones ensure the sensors for the associated zone is installed in a location that is representative of the temperature in the room / zone . The sensor should be installed at approximately 1600mm above the floor and should not be subject to draughts, direct sunlight or heat from equipment such as computers, TV screens etc. The supply air outlets to this room must not blow conditioned air directly onto the sensors
- Connect the AC unit control cable to the C150 as per the instructions for your brand of AC unit
- Only connect the power supply to the CT24ACM port after all components have been connected
- To access the C150 system via our iZone Home App, the building must be fitted with a compatible Wi-Fi modem. Contact iZone for a list of approved and recommended modems
- Any existing or new air conditioning units that require modification or additional boards to facilitate the correct operation of the iZone system, it is the responsibility of the installing contractor
